Our professional caregivers are available 24/7 to deliver the highest level of care. Each caregiver is trained to meet the unique needs of every client and participates in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in home care.

Beyond training, our caregivers receive continuous support from our leadership team. We believe in working together as a team—including families—to ensure the best care experience possible.

We have a rigorous 10-step hiring process to select only the most qualified individuals. By the time a caregiver joins our team, they have undergone thorough screening, testing, and training. We evaluate qualities such as compassion and integrity to ensure our clients receive care from professionals who are truly dedicated to their well-being.

Only ComForCare offers the DementiaWise® Certified Care Program. Through evidence-based practice and advanced staff training co-developed by Dementia researcher Dr. Heather McKay and tested for efficacy by Duke University - ComForCare ensures that our clients living with dementia receive proper care. Each ComForCare office has an opportunity to participate in this program.
