Meet the Owner - Trae Jacobs, Owner/Operator
“I honor my clients by caring for them like family—just like I would have wanted for my Grandma and Nana. That means making sure they feel respected, heard, and in control of their lives. We focus on meaningful connections, personalized support, and caregivers who truly feel like part of the family.”
Support Makes All the Difference
Almost 90% of seniors want to age in place, but many don’t have the right support. That’s why I started this business, to help seniors keep their independence and lifestyle while giving families peace of mind.
I make the biggest impact by making care work the way it should by keeping people safe, reducing stress, and improving outcomes. The right support prevents setbacks, ensures smooth transitions, and gives families confidence. When seniors get consistent, high-quality care, they stay independent longer, and everyone benefits.
Driven by Personal Experience
Seeing my grandmother care for my great-grandmother with dementia showed me how tough aging can be without the right support. They declined together when better care could have meant more time, memories, and quality of life. It was overwhelming for both of them, and I knew there had to be a better way.
I also saw firsthand how powerful companionship is. My friendship with Bill Brown, who was 82 when I was in middle school, gave him purpose and I know it added years to his life.
My driving force is helping people age on their own terms. That means providing care that keeps seniors independent, supports families, and preserves dignity. Too often, older adults don’t get the attention they deserve, but they need compassion, respect, and care that truly makes a difference.
Solving Problems is in My Nature
I’ve spent my career solving problems and making things work better. As a Product Designer in the tech industry, I focused on creating solutions that actually help people. I’m bringing that same approach to home care, making sure seniors get the support they need to keep their lifestyle, and families have a smooth, reliable care experience they can trust.
Caring like family means treating every client with the same love, respect, and attention we’d give our own. It’s about building trust, forming real connections, and making sure they feel safe, supported, and valued every single day.
