A Legacy of Care, Rooted in Family

At ComForCare Home Care of Somerville, NJ, we believe the best care starts with the heart. For us, this work is personal — inspired by a family story and driven by a passion for helping others live their best life at home.

Meet Our Owner – Naomi Noto

Naomi Noto is the proud owner of ComForCare Home Care of Somerville, NJ, serving Somerset County, Northern Middlesex, and parts of Hunterdon County.

With over nine years of dedicated service to ComForCare in roles including Compliance Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Managing Director, Naomi brings both hands-on expertise and leadership experience to every aspect of the agency.

In October 2024, she took ownership from longtime owner Nancy Lorince, carrying forward nearly two decades of trusted, compassionate, high-quality care while adding her own vision for innovation, excellence, and community connection.

“For me, caregiving is more than a career — it’s part of who I am.” – Naomi Noto

Naomi’s passion is deeply personal. As the daughter of a deaf and cognitively impaired mother, she understands firsthand the challenges families face when a loved one needs care. She named her company’s parent organization, MCN Care Services LLC, in her mother’s honor — the initials “MCN” representing her mother’s name — as a daily reminder of why she does this work.

A nurse by training and a leader by heart, Naomi is committed to ensuring that every client receives care that is professional, safe, and filled with dignity, compassion, and respect. She is especially passionate about dementia care, ensuring clients and their families feel supported every step of the way.

Our Team Philosophy

At ComForCare Somerville, home care is not just a service — it’s a relationship. We approach every client as a unique individual with a story, preferences, and needs that deserve to be honored.

Our team consists of W-2, bonded, and insured Certified Home Health Aides, each carefully chosen for their skill, professionalism, and genuine compassion. We invest in ongoing training, close supervision, and strong office support to ensure the highest standard of care.

We believe in:

  • Seeing the person, not just the care plan
  • Listening first, acting second
  • Adapting care to fit each client’s life, not the other way around

This philosophy is shaped by Naomi’s own journey as a caregiver for her mother. That experience gave her a deep respect for the trust families place in a caregiver — and a commitment to treating every client with the same care she would want for her own family.

“We don’t just show up for shifts. We show up for people.”

Working together as clients, families, caregivers, and office staff, we share one mission: helping people live their best life possible at home — where they are happiest and most comfortable.

During Your Personalized Home Visit We Will:

  • Check for potential fall risks with suggestions for simple fixes
  • Look at the living space with your loved one's specific concerns in mind
  • Review medical history, medications, any other needs or concerns
  • Evaluate balance and ease of movement throughout the home
  • Recommend any necessary home safety devices that assist in overall comfort and safety such as handrails and shower chairs
  • Offer support and understanding, with flexible services that can help
