Lisa Simonds, Manager of Caregiver Recruitment and Retention
Lisa does many things in our office but primarily works with recruiting resources to find and hire the best caregivers we can find. She coordinates the caregiver training and retention programs such as Caregiver of the Month and Hero of the Quarter. She conducts field visits to ensure the caregivers are being supported in the homes.
Beth Trivett, Client Care Specialist
Beth is responsible for conducting home visits and phone interviews to gather feedback from our clients on the services they are receiving. She then works with our office to correct any deficiencies or acknowledge praise. She documents all her feedback for our use.
Kelsey Sterrett, Care Coordinator
Kelsey does our scheduling. She ensures all of the software systems we utilize are up to date with our schedule. She handles the long term schedule, the weekly schedule, and works to handle the daily schedule changes. She ensures all of the weekly timesheets are accounted for and accurately reflected in our system for payroll and billing.
Lana Huff, RN
Lana visits our clients to conduct assessments and then prepare care plans for our caregivers to use in the homes. She can assist in caregiver training and also visit clients on a need basis.
