Helping Clients Remain at Home

Skilled Care and Private Duty Nursing - North Metro Indianapolis, IN | ComForCare - CFC_19-1024x576In-home nurse care can help clients with mild to moderate medical conditions remain in the comfort of home longer.

Caregivers are given the tools and information needed to help manage conditions, so clients remain healthier longer and avoid hospital admissions.

Before starting any services there is an initial evaluation. Our nurse will visit the home, and conduct the evaluation. Next, we will educate you, your loved one, and any other caregivers on managing different conditions. During the meeting, our nurse will review the proposed schedule of service, then answer any further questions you may have. If your loved one begins to require more comprehensive care, his or her caregiver can request a reevaluation by the on-call nurse. Based on the reevaluation, the nurse can then make recommendations to your family in regards to updating their care.

Highly Qualified Skilled Care

Skilled Care and Private Duty Nursing - North Metro Indianapolis, IN | ComForCare - dupage-home-nursing1We are one of the few senior personal care agencies in the Indianapolis and Lawrence areas of Indiana that have received a home health agency (HHA) license. This licensure allows us to provide skilled care services to our patients. Skilled care includes services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and skilled nursing care. By being able to provide this specialized care, patients with special care needs have a greater ability to receive in-home senior personal care without the need to be admitted into a facility such as a nursing home.
