Cheryl Fox, RNDirector of Clinical Services
ComForCare Greater Orlando is honored to have Cheryl Fox as our Executive Director of Clinical Services. She has resided in the Central Florida area for her entire life and has more than 25 years of experience in the medical field. As a registered nurse, her areas of clinical focus have been in lymphedema management, wound care, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, hormone management, and anti-aging medicine. She has spent time in medical product sales and service, as well as consulting. In addition, Cheryl has an extensive background in providing comprehensive medically related training and product education. Some other areas of Cheryl’s expertise include case management, presentation skills, medical research and documentation, patient assessment, and intervention.
Cheryl has unparalleled charisma and an ability to connect with people. She is very involved in client assessments, staff supervision, and case management with a 24/7 dedication to our clients. We are thrilled to have her here helping people live their best life possible.
Dara QueenBusiness Development
Certified GEMS Trainer and ALF Administrator with deep expertise in Alzheimer’s care.
Dara joined ComForCare Greater Orlando after relocating from Salem, Oregon, bringing with her extensive experience in private duty and dementia care dating back to 2008. Her background spans caregiver and office management, community relations, and specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia training. As a Certified GEMS® Trainer and holder of an ALF/RCF Administrator Certificate, Dara plays a key role in supporting and enhancing ComForCare’s DementiaWise® program. She holds veterans in the highest regard—both professionally and personally, as her son proudly serves as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Corpsman—and is committed to supporting those who have served our country. In addition to her work in senior care, Dara is a professional singer who incorporates music into her outreach through ComForCare’s Joyful Memories® program, using music to create connection, comfort, and meaningful moments for those she serves.
Carole McVayDirector of Human Resources
Carole is Cindy Gray’s aunt and heart of ComForCare’s operations, managing day-to-day activities and caregiver onboarding. She started with our company working two hours a day, after working eight hours a day at her full-time job (of 35 years) in banking. She finally came onboard as a full-time ComForCare Employee in 2021. She has brought so much value to our office. She manages all day-to-day activities in the office. This includes caregiver interviewing and onboarding, training, client onboarding, phone-call management, our greeting-card program, compliance, and many other things. Carole is the heart of what we do. She brings so much joy to our team. She keeps a VERY positive work culture alive for not only our internal employees, but all of our great caregivers in the field.
Vicky GingoldDirector of Operations
Vicky joined CFC in 2022, initially in a part-time role supporting billing and payroll. As the organization grew, her role quickly expanded into a full-time position and promotion to Operations Manager, culminating in her promotion to Director of Operations in 2025. Prior to CFC, Vicky served as an Operations Manager for several electronic component distributors, specializing in office management, process improvement, and finance. She later became a private business owner, further strengthening her operational and leadership expertise. A University of Central Florida alumna with a degree in Information Technology, Vicky has a passion for Excel and data manipulation, using analytics to drive efficiency and informed decision-making. She found her true calling at CFC, where the family-oriented culture aligns with her values, and she takes pride in using her skills to keep operations running smoothly and support the organization’s continued success.
Traci DayScheduling Supervisor
Traci joined our team in 2019, took a brief hiatus, and returned in 2023 with renewed focus and dedication. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring our operations are fully staffed and running smoothly each day. Her top priority is creating schedules that support our caregivers while also making thoughtful, well-matched placements between clients and caregivers.
Traci is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and steady presence in a fast-paced environment. She works closely with both caregivers and clients to solve problems, adjust schedules, and keep everything moving forward. Her commitment and work ethic are especially meaningful in a role that is widely recognized as one of the most demanding in the industry.
Dianne StricklandGUIDE and QAPI Coordinator
Dianne joined CFC in March 2019 and brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience from Pennsylvania, with a strong focus on elder care. She is a CNA, holds a BA, and is trained in DementiaWise. Dianne is known for her compassionate approach, strong leadership, and dedication to quality care and positive outcomes. Outside of work, she is a proud Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys traveling.
Rex GrayRecruiting Specialist
Rex Gray is the Recruiting Specialist at ComForCare and a proud part of the family behind our locally owned and operated home care business. After graduating from Lake Mary High School, Rex attended Stetson University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Upon completing his degree, he returned home to explore his next steps while helping his parents with the family business.
What began as a temporary role quickly turned into a long-term commitment. As Rex became more involved in ComForCare, he discovered a genuine passion for the mission of serving others and supporting the caregivers who make that mission possible. Inspired by his parents’ dedication and leadership, Rex chose to make ComForCare his professional home and an important part of his future.
Rex has taken on multiple roles within the company, with his primary focus on recruiting caregivers who share ComForCare’s values of compassion, reliability, and respect. He takes pride in building meaningful relationships with caregivers and helping them feel supported from their very first interaction with the company. His people-first approach reflects the family values that are at the heart of everything ComForCare does.
Outside of work, Rex enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is especially close to his twin sister, Tori, and values the strong family connections that shape both his personal and professional life. Rex is committed to continuing the family legacy at ComForCare and looks forward to helping grow the business while serving the community for years to come.
