Matter of Balance

Help older adults reduce their fear of falling by learning to view falls as controllable. A Matter of Balance will also set goals for increasing activity levels, encourage small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and ways to exercise to increase strength and balance.

Gaitway Fall Prevention

Falls are not a normal part of aging, and while no fall can be totally prevented, there is a lot you can do to reduce your chances of a fall. ComForCare’s fall risk management expert will partner with you, your caregiver, and your healthcare provider to help.
