Certified DementiaWise

Dementia Care

Our proprietary program, DementiaWise®, engages and enhances the lives of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia while providing support and education for the family. Caregivers take special care to recognize behavioral triggers and use redirection, which may help prevent or reduce any challenging dementia behaviors, while helping clients remain independent for as long as possible.

Private Duty Nursing

When you or your loved one needs extra care, we can help. Our nurses support clients with treatments tailored specifically to their needs. From taking vitals to teaching clients about self-care, our staff is able to support clients in any way they need. When your loved one is recovering from an illness or dealing with a chronic illness, you need someone who is committed to your care.

A Matter of Balance

Help older adults reduce their fear of falling by learning to view falls as controllable. A Matter of Balance will also set goals for increasing activity levels, encourage small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and ways to exercise to increase strength and balance. A Matter of Balance is a program led by a certified trained coach and is specifically designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve activity levels among community-dwelling older adults. The program includes eight two-hour classes presented to a small group of 8-12 participants led by trained coaches. Contact our office today for more information on bringing A Matter of Balance to your community.
