Meet the Owner, Rajni Komal-Bio

Helping others find happiness and putting smiles on their faces is what drives us. Each chance to improve someone’s day or ease their journey brings a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Our mission is simple: to establish a new standard of care centered on dignity, respect, and compassion, in which to enhance and simplify the caregiving experience for both clients and their families.

My passion for caregiving is rooted in a personal commitment to make a positive impact. With a background in legal services, I learned that prioritizing clients’ needs is fundamental—an approach that is perfectly aligned with the values of caregiving. For me, caregiving is about honoring and celebrating older adults and their contributions, and we are dedicated to continuing this mission in each interaction.

Growing up, I was taught that serving elders is among the highest honors. This philosophy, instilled by my family, has shaped my approach to care. My sister, a dedicated nurse, also exemplifies the nurturing qualities that I strive to bring into my own work. Witnessing the profound impact that caregivers had on my grandmother during her illness inspired me to make caregiving my life’s passion, as I saw firsthand how compassion could bring comfort and light.

Our goal is to create a care experience that not only meets physical needs but also supports emotional and mental well-being. By embracing a holistic, empathetic approach, we address not just the procedural aspects of care but also foster dignity, joy, and contentment in everyday moments.

Education & Community Involvement:

• Active in community service, including clean-ups, blood drives, and UN Women’s Day parades since 2016

In my free time, I enjoy painting, drawing, reading, and hiking.
