"It was wonderful to work with ComForCare Home Care of Northern Utah an agency that truly cares! I contacted Bruce Lee, the owner, on a Friday afternoon when the person taking care of my 95 year old mother landed in the hospital. I needed support for my mom starting the very next day and I live on the east coast. I didn't expect the agency to be able to respond so quickly but Bruce jumped right on my request and within a few hours confirmed he had staff available on such short notice even on a holiday weekend. He was very efficient to work with to get the paperwork taken care of and my mom had the support she needed the very next morning. As miraculous as this was, Bruce and his wife went over after work on Friday, the same day I called, to meet my mom and introduce themselves in case she needed anything. This was going above and beyond in my book and made my mom feel very comfortable with the agency. The caregivers were reliable, pleasant, competent and professional. They supported my mom for several weeks until she left the area to go back to AZ as she was only a summer resident in Logan, UT. I highly recommend this agency and can't say enough about their responsiveness, commitment to help their clients, and their sincere desire to make a difference."
