Why I Opened My ComForCare Location

I grew up in a supportive family where I learned about love, loyalty and commitment. My grandfather had an accident at the age of 60 which caused a brain injury. He was a farmer living in a small town, and I am so proud of how my parents managed to take care of him for 10 years while raising their children.

My parents got involved in caregiver responsibilities suddenly after an accident, and it was enormously stressful. We wished there an organization existed that could help us with some part of duties in home. We wanted to preserve his dignity as much as possible and do our best to not let down expectations. When I think back on it, I was inspired by their dedication and decided to put my effort in forming a company that I wish my parents could have benefited from 10 years ago.

I’m very grateful to have grown up in a family where I was encouraged to believe in myself and in the good of humanity.

This Is a Dream Come True

I finished my studies in computer science and worked in the same field for a few years, However, my career never satisfied me. I was passionate about helping people and my life experiences made me think about starting a business in senior care. I had the opportunity to run my business, which is a fulfilling job for me.

The idea of aging in place is the best choice for families who have older loved ones who are aging or ill. When we are young, we don’t think about the challenges that come with aging. We don’t understand how aging adults feel until it happens to someone close to us. It is important to encourage independence in seniors and to provide the opportunity for them to maintain a better quality of life in their home, what I’ve learned through ComForCare. Whatever we can do to help preserve that, we will do. We are here to help and make you to live your best life possible.

This, for me, is a dream come true. It isn’t just about the business aspect, though. It’s about the people. Helping people, being in touch with them and seeing the smiles on their faces; those things make this feel nothing like work. My team and I are helping with older adults live fuller lives.
