Bryan C – MN

“My drive is to help the clients and families we support experience a better position than they once were in. Being able to turn around a situation and improve overall well-being is incredibly rewarding for me.”

My Passion

This is a family-focused business allowing us to provide in-home care that is vital to our community, older adults and their families. As a sibling of five, my mother passed away at a young age and not too much later my father received a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. Not knowing much about the disease we had to learn a lot on our own and wished we had the connections we do now. Both experiences drove us to become a very tight knit clan and helped us experience the power of family that we know has no bounds whether related or chosen. Love can pull anyone through a tough situation and that experience was so profound for me and my family that, despite being an accountant, there was always a nagging feeling to do more. As one of my sisters continued to explore various fields in health care, she is now becoming a nurse, it came full circle for us both to support older adults in a very meaningful way that allows us to care like family.

Experience

By working in accounting, I gained various experiences from owning my own firm to working for one. I have extensive financial experience and am able to bring that knowledge to families along with strong leadership and collaborative skills. In order to achieve my dream of helping improve the outcomes of the older adults we support, I have built a tremendous team that goes beyond our agency walls. Our caregivers allow us to shine by extending love into the homes of the individuals we support. Further, because my sister has a tremendous background in health care, she provides oversight of care to ensure our team has the right experience and is properly matched with our clients to nurture a successful start from day one.

What You Can Expect

It is important that families and clients realize that we will be their biggest cheerleader when it comes to working with them each and every day of care. We won’t be satisfied until we meet their health-related goals. Home care is a tremendous service as it allows us to work together with our clients and their families to turn around a situation. If they’re isolated, we’re going to change that; if their condition is declining – we’re going to seek out the right resources and interventions that are specific to each individual we support. We are driven to work right alongside our clients and help them realize that they truly have a partner in care. Further, we also know that families need support as they navigate their new journey as their loved ones’ needs change. We take a team approach so everyone is involved in our care and we feel that is the best way to care for local families and those who trust in our services. We want to leave our families and clients in a better place emotionally and physically.
