To bring peace to every family we serve
My journey to the home care business is deeply rooted in personal experience and a lifelong commitment to caregiving. Growing up in a small and remote village, access to medical care was limited. When my grandfather faced significant medical challenges, requiring daily assistance with bathing, grooming, clothing, and feeding, I stepped in to help. As a teenager balancing school, I took on his care while my family worked in the farms. Those moments shaped my purpose early on, sparking a resolve to build a career in healthcare.
After completing pharmacy school, I dedicated the last 18 years to various roles in patient services, honing my skills and deepening my passion for helping others. Today, as my in-laws live with us and face similar needs to those of my grandfather, I’m reminded of the importance of compassionate, personalized care. Home care business is a natural extension of what I’ve done for years—caring for family and community with empathy and expertise.
This venture is more than a business; it’s my ikigai—the intersection of what I love, what I’m good at, what the world needs, and what I can be rewarded for. It allows me to provide dignified, accessible care to those who need it most, just as I did for my grandfather. While I could have pursued many paths, this one feels like my calling—a way to honor my past, serve my present, and make a meaningful impact.
As the owner/operator I’m personally involved in each and every case – accessible at any hour. In addition we have Care Coordinators that get to know the families and work with our assigned caregivers – ensuring we deliver exactly what the families need. It all starts when our staff nurse and I meet with the families/prospective client – answering questions and preparing a care plan designed to give a person back their lost independence.
I am personally involved in every case, along with a Care Coordinator and an Operations Manager. Together we are accessible 24 hours, 7 a days a week.
At the heart of our mission is a steadfast promise: to care for each client with the same respect, compassion, and attention we would offer our own family members. To bring peace to every family we serve.
