Tiffany Wynn – Passionate Advocate for Aging with Dignity & Quality Care

Tiffany Wynn is the dedicated owner of ComForCare Home Care – Virginia Beach, VA, where she is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults by providing compassionate, high-quality care that prioritizes both dignity and quality of life. With 21 years of nursing experience, Tiffany is transitioning from bedside care to building a strong, educated team of caregivers who share her deep passion for serving the elderly community.

A Personal Mission Rooted in Experience

Tiffany’s journey into home care is deeply personal. Twenty years ago, she lost her father to ALS at the age of 60, followed by the passing of her grandmother just three months later. These losses fueled her desire to become a nurse and give back to the community, ensuring families receive the level of care and support her own family did not have access to.
Her goal now is to empower caregivers with the skills, education, and passion needed to make a meaningful impact. She firmly believes that aging should be met with respect, compassion, and personalized support—allowing older adults to gracefully age at home with comfort and security.

Bringing 21 Years of Nursing Expertise to Home Care

Tiffany’s extensive nursing background spans hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and nursing homes, with the last 10 years dedicated to home health care. Her expertise includes:
✔ 20 Years as an LPN Nurse
✔ 5 Years as a Wound/Ostomy Certified Nurse
✔ 10 Years in Home Health Care
✔ DementiaWise Certified
She strongly believes in treating older adults with the same respect and dignity they have always deserved. Her guiding principle?
“Adult once, baby twice”—but always treating seniors as the adults they are.

Building a Strong, Passionate Care Team

Tiffany is determined to assemble a team of caregivers who share her dedication to aging with dignity. She knows firsthand that the right support system makes all the difference in a family’s ability to navigate the aging process with confidence and peace of mind.
Her goal is to:
✔ Train and mentor caregivers to provide exceptional, heart-centered care
✔ Ensure families feel supported and reassured every step of the way
✔ Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and reliability within her care team
For Tiffany, caregiving is not just a job—it’s a personal commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.

A Philosophy of Family-Centered Care

Tiffany carries with her the words of her father, who told her before he passed:
“Whoever gets you for their care is going to be lucky.”
This sentiment stays with her in every interaction, every care plan, and every family she supports. She approaches caregiving as if she were caring for her own loved ones—because at the end of the day, home care is about trust, connection, and treating every client like family.

Beyond Work: A Love for Family & Adventure

Outside of her dedication to home care, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, six children, and two grandchildren. She also shares her home with a 65lb dog who thinks she’s a lap dog.
She and her husband are passionate about traveling, cruising, and taking road trips—even if just for a quick weekend getaway. A proud Washington Commanders fan, she embraces life with energy and enthusiasm, always making the most of every moment.

A Message to Families Seeking Care

“I understand that choosing care for a loved one is a deeply personal decision. I ask only for the chance to show you what we’re about—because on paper, anyone can look good, but real care is felt through action. Let us be the support your family needs.”
For Tiffany, living your best life possible means making the most of every day, cherishing relationships, and ensuring that those in need of care receive it with warmth, patience, and respect. Through her work at ComForCare, she is on a mission to bring that philosophy to life for every client, every day.
