Meet the Owner – Jennifer Tadlock

As a ComForCare franchise owner, I bring a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and determination to the home care industry. My background as a producer in the entertainment industry has honed my skills in organization, problem-solving, and managing complex projects—skills I now use to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

My passion for caregiving is deeply personal. I’ve walked the caregiving journey with my daughter through her cancer battle, and I’ve also served professionally as a caregiver. These experiences gave me first-hand insight into the challenges families face, the importance of tailored care, and the need for relentless advocacy to ensure every client lives their best life.

I believe care should never be a “one size fits all” approach.  Each client’s plan is customized to their unique needs, with their concerns—and their family’s concerns—always heard, respected, and addressed. My mission is simple: to help people live each day to the fullest, with dignity, comfort, and joy.

• Look at the living space with your loved one's specific concerns in mind
• Review medical history, medications, any other needs or concerns
• Evaluate balance and ease of movement throughout the home
• Recommend any necessary home safety devices that assist in overall comfort and safety such as handrails and shower chairs
• Offer support and understanding, with flexible services that can help
