Their path to ComForCare was shaped by a shared passion for helping others and a desire to build something meaningful for their family and community. Together, Yasmen and Charles bring a unique blend of skills to their agency. They are both DementiaWise certified. Their combined professional experience includes leadership, business ownership, customer service, caregiving, and healthcare administration. Yasmen is currently pursuing a nursing degree, which has deepened her understanding of patient care and the unique needs of older adults. Charles contributes extensive experience in operations, leadership, and building trust with people from diverse backgrounds. Their experience as foster parents has reinforced the importance of patience, advocacy, compassion, and treating every person with dignity and respect. Throughout their careers, they have gained experience in supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, which taught them the importance of trust, compassion, accountability, and putting people first.
