Meet Our Owners

Mark (CEO) & Lynn (COO) Judd grew up in the Rochester area, Mark in Pittsford and Lynn in Brighton. The couple raised two children in the village of Webster in a house that Mark’s Great Grandfather had built in 1890. Mark worked as an Engineer for 35 years at Xerox Corporation, and Lynn worked as a Graphic Designer for 25 years at Datagraphics. Mark is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Mark & Lynn left the corporate world and entered the home care business because of family circumstances. Mark’s mother has Alzheimer’s, and Lynn’s Mother has Leukemia and Diabetes. Both had grandparents who lived into their 100’s and therefore understand the importance of elder caregiving while keeping loved ones independent and active. These experiences
