Meet the Owner, Chris Creamer

With a mantra of “Commitment to the fabric of the community, helping people and helping them live their best life possible,” I am dedicated to providing the highest quality home care services in my community. My journey towards this mission started with a personal experience – my father’s battle with stage four cancer. Through this journey, I discovered the invaluable support that home care services provide, albeit too late in the process. Now, I’m determined to pay it forward by ensuring others have access to these essential services when they need them most.

My background in the military, where I served for 20 years, taught me the power of teamwork and collaboration. These skills are indispensable in the realm of home care, where teamwork is essential to putting the client at the center of everything we do. As a caregiver, I believe in treating caregiving as a team sport, rallying around our clients to ensure the best care plans are in place, bringing meaning and value to their lives.

I am committed to making a tangible impact in the lives of families by providing education and services that alleviate the stress often associated with caregiving responsibilities. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge and support they need to navigate their caregiving journey with confidence.

Central to my mission is the belief that older adults deserve to find meaning and purpose throughout their lives, even in their twilight years. By providing quality home care services, I aim to offer seniors the opportunity to age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by loved ones. It’s about building the right support system tailored to their needs and preferences.

In addition to my extensive military background, I hold a Master’s Degree in Executive Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management. I am also certified in DementiaWise care, ensuring that I can provide specialized support to those with cognitive impairments.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am deeply involved in my community, engaging in activities like hiking, attending shows or movies, socializing, exploring local breweries, and cheering on the Golden Knights. These experiences enrich my understanding of community needs and fuel my passion for serving others.

Having tried corporate life after my military service, I realized that my true calling lies in making a positive difference in people’s lives every day. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to home care, where I can make a meaningful impact while giving back to the community. We’re here for you, every step of the way.
