With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the home health and home care field, I bring a deep-rooted passion for service, integrity, and connection to every aspect of my work. I currently serve as the Owner and Director of Operations at our Idaho West location, while also overseeing operational leadership at our South Texas office in the Rio Grande Valley. My journey began in high school as a CNA, where I discovered a natural gift for caring for others. While I pursued an associate’s degree in Biology with the goal of entering the medical field, life had other beautiful plans—starting a family redirected my path. However, the calling to serve never left. I found my true professional home in healthcare operations, where I’ve grown from front-line caregiver to executive leadership. Partnering with Micah, the owner of our Texas location, was a pivotal moment that launched my forever career. Along the way, I earned certification in medical billing and coding, further rounding out my expertise and ensuring I understand every layer of the patient care process. My approach goes far beyond logistics and compliance. I believe in human connection—building trust with every patient, forming bonds that often evolve into family, and nurturing a workplace culture where my team feels valued and seen. I lead with empathy, faith, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Above all, I’m driven by my faith in God and the love of my family. They fuel my purpose and inspire me to build a legacy of compassion and care for every life I touch.
Olivia Burkett is a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a strong background in caregiving and healthcare, including experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Her ability to seamlessly blend administrative precision with compassionate care makes her an invaluable member of the team.
