Caregiver availability is what can make or break the experience. Sometimes the agency is forced to place a caregiver that may not be ideal, but is the only one available. It becomes more difficult as the complexity of the case increases, as is our situation. The staff at ComForCare has worked very hard to provide quality care to my father for 7 years!
