This is a great month for everyone to focus on heart health as well as their emotional wellbeing and set healthy habits that will last a lifetime!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the rest of the month, ComForCare OKC is going to post heart healthy recipes twice a week as well as exercise techniques that almost everyone can do!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the things Comforcare helps our clients with is meal preparation. If you know anyone who would benefit from this service, please give us a call or reach out to us online!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our first recipe is a delicious dinner idea that is full of healthy vegetables and protein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.comforcare.com\/cm\/dpl\/images\/create\/image1.jpeg\" alt=\"Happy February to all our wonderful friends and referral partners!  - Brooklyn North, NY | ComForCare - image1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bc cup orange juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon fresh ginger or a sprinkling of ginger powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Cook the protein, stirring regularly, until lightly browned and cooked through. Add vegetables and cook for another 5-10 minutes, until soft. Remove meat and veggies from the pan and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Add the mixture to your pan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
